The R4 is a major trunk road that starts from Okterly and ends at Red Beach, passing towns of Eden, Thunet, Austin, Tholo, Jodler, Bruthar Sergi Bromwin, Lebvlo, Oberly, Aberly, Akaki, Holbok and Red Beach. This road is used to avoid the M1 Treien bypass, and to connect the Northern Maine and Northern Territory to New North Wales and losely Holmes.
Parts of the section are motorway grade but are unsigned.
