The Reformation of Ostrobia were a series of political, legal, cultural, social and economic policy changes that were designed to bridge the divide between factions of Ostrobia that were affected by the Ostrobian Civil War and transform Ostrobia to a modern, federal, secular nation-state under the leadership of Quintin Derial from 1923 to 1932 and continued with Andrew Feratshey until 1939. Feratshey suffered significant slowdowns however due to the Great Depression. Central to the reforms was the belief that factions of the Ostrobian people with their distinct cultures and traditions would have to be unified into a singular culture with a singular language and a singular way of life.

Reforms began with the transition of a unitary system to a federal system of government and the adaptation of English as the lingua franca. This was followed by reformations and development on infrastructure, healthcare, and education.

The reforms were met with criticism by ultranationalists and independent states who did not want to surrender its culture towards the Ostrobian Government. Ultranationalists have been brutally murdered by the government to silence dissent which led to the foundation of the Onafhankelyk Forum voor Vryheid (OFVV), which threatened the reforms. The general public reception at the time was positive and people had the belief that Ostrobia's divisions would be erased.
